MORE INFORMATION-
*Moves in the Field/Skating Skills is not always the final determining factor, but there is a minimum Moves level based on team level. We base team placement on age, skating skills, and many other factors. Please contact a coach if you have any questions.
*If skaters cannot attend these date, but are still interested in trying out, please contact us. Tryout/Registration form and fee will still need to be paid to be placed on a team.
*Skaters can wear any skating attire they would like, but it should not be baggy. Coaches need to see body lines and knee bend during tryouts.
*Skaters need to be paid in full with previous team or for the previous season before they can be placed on a team.
*Questionnaire, tryout form, release form, and tryout fee need to be completed BEFORE trying out. The Questionnaire, tryout form, and release form can all be found through the Google Forms link above, and will help us in placing skaters on the appropriate teams.
*We try to have teams for all skaters who tryout, but sometimes our numbers are not high enough to create a team based on level, age, and USFS requirements. You will be contacted within a few weeks of tryouts about team placement.
*Skaters need to commit to the full season, and will be financially responsible for the full season once committed. Commitment includes all on and off ice practices, individual skating and lesson requirements, show and travel to events, etc. Our Season typically will likely run from August through February/Early March.
*There will be minimum skater numbers to house our competitive teams. These minimum numbers will allow for skaters to be placed on probation or to be placed as an alternate if they are not meeting the commitment requirements listed above.
*If your skater is unable to meet the commit requirements set forth by the team, we encourage you to try out for our local recreational show team in place of our competitive travel team.
*Please let us know if you have any questions.
